We are currently seeking an experienced Pre-Owned BMW Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team at BMW of Pembroke Pines. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while guiding clients through every step of their automotive journey. As a Pre-Owned BMW Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering personalized, top-tier service to our clients. You will leverage your industry knowledge and passion for the brand to educate customers, answer inquiries, and close sales in a professional, customer focused manner.

Requirements

  • Automotive sales experience strongly preferred, but not required.
  • A strong passion for cars, particularly BMWs, and a desire to learn about the brand.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-first attitude.
  • Positive, motivated, and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to fulfill manufacturer certification requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customer on sales floor and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of pre-owned BMW models, features, and pricing.
  • Conduct test-drives and walk customers through vehicle features and benefits.
  • Research availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
  • Guide customers through financing options and lease programs.
  • Work with Sales Managers and F&I to negotiate sales price, lease payment, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, discounts, and rebates.
  • Work with the management team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through outstanding service and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
