Compensation: Monthly base salary and commissions based on gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction scores The Product Specialist will be evaluated based on performance standards such as: Monthly Customer Volume Monthly Conversions Customer Process Customer Service Scores

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance
Driven personality with a desire to constantly improve
High level of organization and attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Ability to work with diverse customer base
General interest in automobiles

Nice To Haves

Prefer Retail management experience.
Prefer Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent retail experience

Responsibilities

Execute customer-first process in accordance with dealership strategies.
Execute pricing strategy when responding to customers.
Assist customers using all forms of communication including email, text, phone, video, and face-to-face.
Educate customers about added benefits of after-market products.
Set and keep appointments with customers.
Appraise and value trade-in vehicles.
Attend training, complete and maintain certification requirements.
Staff events (auto show, etc).
Attend dealership meetings.
