Requirements

  • Sales Manager experience is required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record
  • Growth mindset, emotional stability, ability to work on a team, and strong customer service focus.
  • Leadership-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Nissan experience is preferred
  • English/Spanish bilingualism preferred - comfortable reading/speaking Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the sales team understands dealership policies, procedures, and sales systems.
  • Organize schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals.
  • Address customer complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in car sales - main focus is creating strategies, budgets, and promotions to empower teams.
  • Appraise trade ins
  • Stock in vehicles
  • Proper safe handling of sensitive client information
  • Lot management/merchandising
