About The Position
Responsible for immediately assessing each individual patient upon admission to OR addressing biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational, discharge planning factors and significant other/family support as appropriate. Assesses and reassess patients on an ongoing basis, identifying patient needs/problems, nursing interventions. Develops individualized plans of nursing care for patients in the intraoperative setting and which meets the identified needs of each patient
Requirements
- Graduation from accredited School of Nursing.
- Current unencumbered North Carolina RN License.
- BLS certification upon hire
- ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
- NCI certification within 90 days of hire.
- One-two years of clinical experience in required.
