About The Position
Catholic Charities of Baltimore is currently seeking a part-time Pre-Onboarding Coordinator, who will be accountable for processing candidates from Recruiting through the Pre-Onboarding process and into UKG Onboarding. This includes, but is not limited to, new hire communications, scheduling and reviewing pre-employment background checks and medical screenings, updating new hire information, and scheduling and coordinating attendance at New Employee Orientation (NEO). The work schedule is Monday - Friday, Wednesday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (3 days in the office; 2 days remote).
