Job Duties: Managing client case files with a keen eye for detail and a heart for service. Engaging with clients through intake interviews, ensuring they feel heard and supported. Requirements

  • 1+ years Personal Injury plaintiff experience.
  • Experience in conducting Intake interviews with new clients.
  • Experience with liens, including liens associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation.
  • Experience with complex, high-volume cases.
  • Experience with case management system.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferable
