We're currently on the lookout for an experienced Pre-litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant to work for a Partner in our Charlottesville office's vibrant team.

Requirements

• 3+ years Personal Injury plaintiff experience.
• Experience in conducting Intake interviews with new clients.
• Experience with liens, including liens associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation.
• Experience with complex, high-volume cases.
• Experience with case management system.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferable.

Responsibilities

• Managing client case files with a keen eye for detail and a heart for service.
• Engaging with clients through intake interviews, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
• Navigating the complexities of personal injury cases with expertise and empathy.
• Other duties as assigned.
