We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney as an addition to our growing Los Angeles office located at: 909 N Pacific Coast Hwy, El Segundo, CA 90245.

Requirements

  • Over 4 years of experience, including at least 3+ years specifically related to personal injury cases, whether representing plaintiffs or defendants, at a law firm or insurance company.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
  • Easy-going and passionate about helping people.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of a fast-paced team environment and receive all the support needed to properly prepare each case for settlement or hand-off to the litigation team.
  • Work with a dedicated pre-litigation team assisting with all cases, including intake assistants, paralegals, medical records specialists, lien specialists, negotiators, and staff specialized in documenting the closure of settled cases.
  • Actively manage numerous cases and team members.
  • Develop yourself and your team for the benefit of clients.
