Summary Purpose Ensure the Pre-Litigation attorney team executes with discipline, quality, and consistency so every case moves forward efficiently, meets firm standards, and is negotiation-ready on time. This role does not set case values or legal strategy; it executes within Director and CLO frameworks. Mission Run the daily attorney operating system for Pre-Litigation by coaching, monitoring, and supporting attorneys to produce high-quality case work, timely demands, and strong settlements without bottlenecks or rework.
