What you’ll do (and do well) Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload in a fast-paced environment Own a pre-lit PI caseload from start to finish (auto is the core; other injury matters a plus) Are able to develop high dollar complex cases Run strong early case strategy: liability, damages, treatment plan, venue considerations Lead client communications—set expectations, deliver bad news cleanly, keep trust high Direct investigation and evidence development: incident reports, witness statements, photos/video, prior claims, etc. Drive medical record/billing collection and analysis; spot gaps and push for what’s missing Draft tight, persuasive demands that carriers actually respect Negotiate aggressively and intelligently —know when to push, when to pivot, when to escalate Collaborate with case managers to keep files moving and clients supported Maintain clean documentation and deadlines (because “I forgot” isn’t a strategy ) What “excellence” looks like here You move cases forward every week , not “when things slow down” You can explain settlement value without overpromising—and still keep clients loyal You’re comfortable on the phone, in conflict, and under pressure You don’t blame the adjuster, the records, or the client—you solve the problem You are able to take on your role and become a future leader What you get Competitive base and opportunity for monthly bonus $130-200k base Systems/support to help you practice law—not play admin all day Clear expectations, real autonomy, and zero tolerance for complacency Comprehensive benefit offerings Flexible Time Off 401k with match Dog friendly campus Requirements What you bring 2+ years handling plaintiff personal injury pre-lit matters (more is great) Confidence evaluating liability/damages and setting a smart case plan Strong demand writing (clear, organized, persuasive—not bloated fluff) Negotiation skills that actually close cases High-volume discipline: you can manage a caseload without dropping balls Bar license Colorado (multi-state a plus) Bilingual English/Spanish = major plus (not required) Live and breathe our Core Values · Committed – fearless, driven, accountable , resilient · Mindful – measured, prudent, critical thinking, results oriented problem solvers · Agile – continually improve, love to learn, flexible, creative · Collaborative – kind, authentic, fun, compassionate, team player who loves to win Salary Description $130-200k
