TP offers a 7-day paid training to help you prepare for the State Insurance Exam. You read that correctly, you’ll get PAID TO STUDY! What can you expect? TP will provide a Trainer, study materials, cover the cost and schedule your state exam! After you pass your exam, TP will support you obtaining your license in the states/territories we operate in!

Requirements

• Must be located in Florida.
• Cannot currently hold or previously held any Insurance license (P&C, Adjuster, Health, Life, etc.).
• Must have laptop, PC or tablet with webcam and mic/audio capability to complete Pre-License course.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Study to obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
• Resolve high level consumer issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Support customer inquiries about rate/discounts.
• Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns.
• Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested.
• Complete and send documents to customers such as ID cards.
• Support with policy cancellations/updates such as adding or removing drivers/vehicles to policy, address updates, and general coverage or policy questions.
