About The Position
We are seeking a Pre-Licensed Psychotherapist. This role is designed for individuals who have completed their master's or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field and are working toward licensure. This position provides an opportunity to gain valuable clinical experience under the supervision of a licensed clinician while providing psychotherapy and support to clients. As a Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.
