Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral science field
- Pre-licensed and eligible for licensure in Oregon (e.g., LPC, LMFT)
- Experience or strong training working with diverse populations and diagnoses
- Strong clinical writing and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and cultural responsiveness
- Values feedback, growth, and collaboration
- Completes thorough, timely documentation (within 24 hours)
- Maintains high ethical standards and strong self-awareness
- Thrives in a team-based environment
- Communicates openly and supports colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to complete documentation and administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Must pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant experience preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma (acute and chronic), and personality disorders
- Implement creative, evidence-based interventions to support client progress
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 23 client sessions per week
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, reviews, and progress notes
- Adhere to all company policies and ethical guidelines
- Coordinate care with families, case managers, schools, medical providers, and colleagues as appropriate
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and clinical consultation
