About The Position

We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals interested in launching a career in Medicare sales! As a Pre-Licensed Medicare Sales Agent, you'll receive a contingent offer to join our team while you work toward obtaining your Health Insurance License. Once licensed, you’ll begin helping individuals navigate their Medicare options, recommending plans that fit their needs, and guiding them through enrollment. This is an incredible opportunity to step into a high-growth, high-impact role — with full training, mentorship, and support provided along the way.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
  • Willing and committed to obtaining a Health Insurance License (Exact provides guidance and resources to help you get there!)
  • Passion for helping others and building a career in sales
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems/screens
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
  • Coachable, professional, and ready to hit the ground running once licensed

Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on Medicare Parts C & D, Med Supp/MediGap, and ancillary product options
  • Guide clients through plan comparisons and enrollments
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and timelines
  • Keep accurate documentation and client records
  • Build relationships and rapport with clients to drive long-term success
