About The Position

As a Pre kindergarten teacher at Stratford School, you're responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for children between the ages of 4 and 5. You will provide a warm, caring, joyful environment that encourages preschoolers’ natural curiosity, and instills confidence in their innate abilities. You will help prepare them for Kindergarten!

Requirements

Educational background with 12 semesters or 18 quarter early childhood education units shall include courses that cover the general areas of early child development, child, family, and community, and program/curriculum or a bachelor’s degree in child development
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
