Requirements

College/University degree in a Child Development/Education-related major
Child Development Associates (if applicable)
5+ years of experience working as a Lead Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten Teacher
Strong leadership skills to thrive in the opening a brand-new preschool
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for nurturing and educating young children

Responsibilities

Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for pre-kindergarten-aged children
Implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Support children's individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
