Mathnasium of Mathnasium (ID: 3205602) is looking for a passionate, patient, and energetic individual to join our team as an Pre-K Math Instructor for our Great Foundations program—a fun, engaging math curriculum designed specifically for pre-K and early elementary students (ages 4–6). Requirements

Passion for math and working with young children
Excellent interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and be trained
Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.

Responsibilities

Teach in-center using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
Lead our curriculum Great Foundations, designed for students ages 4-6
Build foundational math skills through interactive, hands-on activities and games
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
Create a positive, encouraging learning environment that fosters curiosity and confidence
Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of each young learner
Become proficient with educational materials and processes
Teach 8–12 hours/week (mornings, twice a week)
Optional: pick up extra hours during our regular business hours (after school and weekends) if desired
