Work with Assistant Teachers and Resource Teachers, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment. Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using our proprietary Wonder of Learning ® curriculum to engage and support each child’s growth Maintain open, effective and positive communication with families and guardians about their child’s progress and daily activities Engage with our school community in events like Fall Festival, Carnivals, Summer Picnic, Parents' Night Out , and more. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to uphold health and safety standards, licensing regulations and ensure their well-being. Requirements

  • A dedicated childcare professional with 2+ years of experience in preschool, daycare, or early childhood settings is preferred.
  • An empathetic and nurturing individual who’s passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and engaging with parents.
  • A high school diploma is the minimum
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs in connection with the handling of children.
  • Happy People! We’ve found that happy, positive people make great preschool educators!

Nice To Haves

  • An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) is a bonus.
  • A CDA credential is also a plus!
