POSITION: Teacher (25-26) REPORTS TO: Principal POSITION TYPE: 10-month COMPENSATION: Starting at $62,500 annually In a TEACHER INCENTIVE ALOTTMENT ELIGIBLE COURSE: TIA teachers can earn up to $102,800. TEACHER INCENTIVE ALLOTMENT At YES Prep, we want to retain high-performing teachers in the place where they can have the greatest impact: the classroom. Through our Teacher Pathway, we reward our highest performing teachers with yearly stipends, differentiated development and coaching, and unique opportunities to flex their influence. YES Prep is also a TEA Teacher Incentive Allotment approved district. Teachers in eligible courses can earn up to an additional $32,000 a year if designated under TIA based on their performance on our Instructional Excellence Rubric and student growth for 5 years if they remain in the classroom.
