See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview : As part of the talented Pre Fab team, you will be a skilled and detail-oriented professional responsible for utilizing tools while cutting kits from a variety of materials such as fiberglass, wood and bulk materials. You will need to read blueprints, schematics and bills of material to provide the essential kits to our line of legendary boats. At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver. Essential Functions: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements could include safety glasses, hard hats, full face respirators, dust masks, gloves, and chemical resistant suits Ability to work a 10+ hour shift standing, bending, reaching Moderate lifting ability up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (may be above 100 ambient degrees or below 10 ambient degrees in areas of production) Ability to work in a fiberglass dust environment and a fast paced, noisy environment Ability to work overtime (planned and unplanned) Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable.
