Pre-ETS Instructor

The Pre-ETS Instructor at The Access Academy is responsible for providing Pre-Employment Transition Services to students aged 14 to 22 with disabilities. This role involves teaching engaging lessons that focus on self-discovery, career exploration, communication skills, self-advocacy, job-searching, and independent living. The instructor will work closely with students, classroom teachers, and school administrators to ensure that each student is prepared for successful employment after high school. The position requires a blend of teaching, administrative tasks, and collaboration with educational partners.
