About The Position
The Pre-ETS Instructor at The Access Academy is responsible for providing Pre-Employment Transition Services to students aged 14 to 22 with disabilities. This role involves teaching engaging lessons that focus on self-discovery, career exploration, communication skills, self-advocacy, job-searching, and independent living. The instructor will work closely with students, classroom teachers, and school administrators to ensure that each student is prepared for successful employment after high school.
