Pre-Construction Project Manager / Design Manager - Education Cordoba is seeking a Pre-Construction Project Manager to support its Education-Sector on a Cal State University campus. This position plans, organizes, and directs the planning and design activities in a higher-education school environment. Managing projects involving Small-Capital new and/or renovations. Position requires experience to lead design through use of a design professional team, providing quality review, comment, and implementation of State standards, policies, and procedures. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10 years full time paid professional experience managing the facilities design or the planning and coordination of capital projects that include the overall design, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling activities (5 years of this experience must be with the design, planning, and construction of educational facilities or similar public agencies).
