About The Position

Premier Project Management provides design, procurement, engineering development and project management services to hotels. This includes implementing the majority of capital improvements for properties owned by Ashford Hospitality Trust (NYSE: AHT) and Braemar Hotels and Resorts (NYSE: BHR), and other hotel ownership groups. Position Summary – Pre-Construction Manager Premier Project Management is looking for a motivated individual who is interested in furthering their knowledge of all things relating to hospitality renovations and development. This role will report directly to the Director of Pre-Construction with cross-collaboration among all of Premier’s departments: Project Management, Procurement, Architecture, Interior Design, and Business Development.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage tasks across multiple departments

Responsibilities

  • Lead Third Party projects, focusing on client communication and internal coordination.
  • Ensure correct funding and invoicing on all projects, tracking client accounting and cash flow
  • Schedule and host bi-weekly project calls (both internal and external), sharing agendas and minutes
  • Manage project timelines and client expectations
  • Maintain a complete and holistic understanding of each assigned project at all times, working closely with team members in all departments.
  • Initiate and process all Add Service and Change Order requests for assigned projects
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage internal reporting to ensure Projects are properly tracked
  • Conduct analysis to ensure proper efficiencies within Premier operations
