About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and talented individual who is eager to take on real responsibility and make a meaningful impact. Our internship program is designed to give you a comprehensive head start in your career. You'll work on meaningful projects, receive one-on-one mentorship from industry experts, and gain hands-on experience that goes beyond the classroom. The program is built to support your professional growth and help you forge valuable connections within the Crusoe team and beyond. You aren’t just observing from the sidelines; you’ll be an embedded member of the global onboarding team, you’ll balance strategy with execution, partner with leaders, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to lead specific initiatives. This is a 12-week in-person program based in our San Francisco office.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or Information Technology, with an expected graduation date between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
  • Methodologies: Foundational knowledge of frameworks like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with project management software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and excellent verbal/written communication.
  • Availability: Must be able to intern during one of the following periods: May 18, 2026 – August 7, 2026 June 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026 June 15, 2026 – September 4, 2026

Responsibilities

  • Project Documentation: Maintain essential artifacts such as project charters, engineering/construction documents, RACI matrices pert project, and meeting minutes.
  • Scheduling & Tracking: Assist the Pre-Con PM's in developing timelines, tracking milestones, and updating project schedules and collaborating with Program and Project scheduling teams.
  • Communication & Coordination: Schedule meetings, facilitate cross-functional discussions, and provide status updates to stakeholders. Generate and track meeting minutes.
  • Weekly Reporting: Assist in preparing progress reports, project health dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Risk Management: Help identify potential bottlenecks or risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Budget Support: Track project expenditures and assist with financial expenditure reports.
