About The Position
Takco is urgently seeking a seasoned estimator. Role summary: Owns the accurate and timely development of budgets, bids, and cost models to support profitable project acquisition and controlled execution.
Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual through GMP estimates
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor pricing
- Maintain cost histories and unit pricing
- Identify scope gaps, risk, and value-engineering opportunities
- Support bid strategy and turnover to operations
