About The Position

The Pre-Construction Coordinator supports the pre-construction process by managing documentation, coordinating project details, and ensuring accurate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role is critical for maintaining project timelines and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction coordination or project administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review project proposals, bids, and estimates.
  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to collect and verify project data.
  • Maintain organized records of drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables during pre-construction.
  • Communicate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and availability.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and client expectations.
