About The Position

We’re hiring a Pre-Construction Coordinator to support the planning phase of residential construction projects. This role ensures material needs are identified accurately, documented thoroughly, and coordinated with internal teams and vendors before construction begins.

Requirements

• 2+ years in residential construction, estimating, or project coordination preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints, plans, and specs to identify material requirements
• Assist with material take-offs and ordering support
• Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and vendors
• Resolve issues with missing, delayed, or defective materials
• Maintain organized project documentation and material readiness reports
