About The Position

We are a family-owned restoration company, and we do work that matters by building trust with our clients when they’ve experienced water damage or property loss. While prior construction or insurance experience is a plus, it is not required. What matters most is a strong work ethic, integrity, a learner’s mindset, and excellent communication skills. What would I be doing? Conduct professional on-site consultations with clients and adjusters to assess damages and set clear expectations. Document damages, sketches, and project details thoroughly within 1 business day of the visit. Present tailored reconstruction solutions and guide clients through the pre-construction phase. Serve as the main point of contact during the estimating and file care process, providing consistent updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, insurance professionals, and clients. Monitor project progress during the insurance phase and assist with problem-solving when challenges arise. Ensure seamless handoffs to Project Managers by preparing organized and complete project documentation. Drive to various locations for meetings, site visits, and project assessments. Other duties may be assigned. What does winning look like?
