About The Position

Revvity is looking for a motivated, proven and experienced sales professional to expand our growth of pre-clinical imaging and research tools in the life science arena. If you are entrepreneurial and enjoy selling capital equipment by employing a consultative sales approach utilizing various organizational assets with the ability to understand scientific application and supporting technology, then this is a great opportunity for you. We provide our customers with critical knowledge, expertise and innovative imaging, diagnostics tools, software, and services solutions so that they can make better decisions for better outcomes. Requirements

  • BS in a Life Science discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment
  • Experience with the working variables of a vivarium environment
  • Willingness for 50% overnight travel
  • Track record of sales success

Nice To Haves

  • MS, PhD and/or MBA in a scientific discipline or equivalent
  • Knowledge of broad range of preclinical animal models and applications
  • Familiarity with the grant administration process such as S10, R01

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the designated territory
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan tailored to regional objectives
  • Build comprehensive technical knowledge of our In vivo portfolio, including key scientific applications and industry trends
  • Drive expansion of the In vivo imaging business in alignment with company growth strategies
  • Effectively communicate sales progress, including revenue recognition, to streamline the sales process
  • Foster strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, timely responses, and acting as the voice of the customer internally
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure shared success
  • Consistently uphold a professional and credible presence with customers, colleagues, and industry partners
