About The Position

You’ll be responsible for coordinating the arrival of all new students, student transfers, and advanced training students. Including conducting pre-arrival phone calls, ensuring that disclosed student accommodations are adhered to, and maintaining sound relationships with outreach and admissions providers in compliance with government and management directives.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year experience working with youth.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Maintain a pre-arrival call log with completed interview sheets for auditing purposes.
Makes recommendations not to arrive students who are forthright with issues such as, continued substance abuse, career and technical training interest, or other issues that may warrant the student not to be successful in the job corps program.
Coordinate and plan with outreach and admissions providers any changes to student’s travel plans, itineraries etc.
Maintain contact with parents and guardians during the transportation process to the center.
Coordinate and forecast new student input during breaks to maintain on board strength (OBS) this effort will be a dual effort along with the records department.
