About The Position

As a New Buyer Pre-Arrival Marketing Representative, you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Production Responsible for personal performance metrics. Meet or exceed expectations for marketing metrics. Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility. Executes Strategy Champion Hilton quality customer care culture throughout all Marketing channels. Manage personal workloads and update reports accordingly Distribute only HGV authorized information, collateral, and materials. Maintain location operating standards. Follow gifting procedures. Support guest and concierge service Drives Execution Assist with tour or marketing related issues. Communicate guest needs to resort operations and support a positive guest experience. Confirm appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and maximize show rate, Drive for Results Responsible for ensuring all marketing initiatives are being delivered. Create and foster and motivated team environment. Overall Must be available to work weekends, holidays, mornings, nights, and any other days/ hours as required per business needs. Carries out all reasonable requests by management. Requires intermediate Microsoft Office & Operating system knowledge.
