Our Pre-Arrival Marketing Representative is responsible for receiving pre-arrival allocations of upcoming arrivals of Hilton Grand Vacations Club Members, renters, and all qualified customers staying on property. Calls will be made to these assigned leads before they arrive, offering customer/marketing services and inviting all arrivals that are eligible to a qualified timeshare sales presentation during their stay.
