Our Pre-Arrival Marketing Representative is responsible for receiving pre arrival allocations of upcoming arrivals of Hilton Grand Vacations Club Members, renters and all qualified customers staying on property. Calls will be made to these assigned leads before they arrive offering customer/marketing services and inviting all arrivals that are eligible on a qualified timeshare sales presentation during their stay.   • Assist in the implementation and tracking of current bookable arrivals staying on property that are assigned to you.
  • Ensures guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts as provided or promotes a courtesy tour.
  • Completes required paperwork accurately and completely for each tour and only booking tours into appropriate tour times available.
  • Confirms appointments via email with guests to ensure tour reservations and maximize show rate.
  • Distributes only HGV authorized information, collateral and materials. Maintains location operating standards.
  • Reviews production reports and notifies manager of any challenges.
  • Follows gifting procedures to ensure costs are met monthly.
  • Contacts appropriate management with any guest issues.
  • Invites and books non-owners to come back and stay on a promotional package.
  • Maintain a minimum penetration % and show rate for all bookings.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of Vacation Ownership or Timeshare sales and marketing experience.
  • 6 months of vacation ownership telephonic sales and/ or marketing.
  • Proven experience with high volume, outbound and inbound call handling.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to speak on the phone for long periods of time
