About The Position

Located in our New Berlin, WI facility and reporting to the Service Manager, our HVAC Pre-Apprentice will assist the service department with maintenance of HVAC parts, learning to install and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and boiler systems. Additionally, the Pre-Apprentice will assist with small maintenance items, such as filter changes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, enrolled in HVAC program preferred.
• Ability to communicate with internal team and customers.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC service and installations.
• Clean parts such as coils, etc.
• Power wash HVAC equipment units.
• Learn to perform filter changes on equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
