Requirements

• High school diploma and transcript.
• Pass the Accuplacer test at a local technical college for reading and math.
• Willingness to engage in a significant amount of math throughout the apprenticeship.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in mechanical fields.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a pre-apprenticeship program to prepare for a Registered Apprenticeship.
• Assess mechanical aptitude and work ethic during the pre-apprenticeship period.
• Complete required coursework and training during the apprenticeship.
• Attend classes and apply learned skills in the work environment.
• Fulfill work hour requirements for on-the-job training.
