Technical Knowledge of Digital Marketing Applications, infrastructure and development of IT and Cloud. Understanding of Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation from a technology perspective. Logical Architecture Development and rapid prototyping. Technical Project Management. Analyzing client’s technology problems, implications, and needs. Analyzing application and infrastructure environment. Setting the collaboration framework. Creating technology solution overviews / prototypes. Leading technology selection. Overseeing technology solution development and testing Design data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks for loyalty programs Job Description - Grade SpecificYour skills and experience At least 15 years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas. Strong knowledge of Salesforce core platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Loyalty Management. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs). Understanding engineering and software architecture design. Cloud Infrastructure. Strong communication skills. Deep technical problem-solving skills. Project and resource management skills. Ability to work collaboratively. Ability to influence and negotiate. Requirements

  • At least 15 years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce core platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Loyalty Management.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
