About The Position

We are currently seeking a Practice Technology Support Specialist to join our Practice Technology team. This role is embedded in project delivery and supports architectural and engineering teams by helping implement BIM/CAD standards, setting up and maintaining project models, coordinating digital exchanges, and providing hands-on technical support. The Practice Technology Support Specialist works closely with Practice Technology leadership, discipline leads, project managers, and IT to ensure teams have the tools, workflows, and support needed to deliver high-quality projects efficiently and consistently. Requirements

  • 3-7 years of BIM/CAD or digital design support experience within an A/E or A/E/C environment
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Architectural Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, including model setup, troubleshooting, and standards application
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary project teams, managing multiple requests, and assisting with model QA/QC and coordination
  • Working knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical workflows to users with varying levels of experience
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain a security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a centralized BIM or Practice Technology function
  • Familiarity with tools such as Navisworks, Bluebeam Revu, Enscape, or Twinmotion
  • Exposure to Dynamo or other scripting or automation tools
  • Experience assisting with software rollouts, standards deployments, or digital delivery planning
