About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Practice Technology Leader to build and lead a centralized Practice Technology function embedded in project delivery. You will take ownership of firmwide BIM and CAD standards, provide guidance to project teams, and ensure high-quality, consistent digital deliverables across disciplines. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and subconsultants to set up projects for success and guide teams from model configuration through final delivery. This position blends technical expertise with leadership, managing a small, high-performing team while piloting new tools, developing automation, and shaping the roadmap for innovation. You will partner closely with the Chief Technology Officer and discipline leads to advance digital excellence across the firm.

Requirements

  • At least ten years of progressive BIM or CAD leadership experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction environment.
  • Deep expertise in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong mentoring and communication skills.
  • Experience leading firmwide technology initiatives.
  • Background spanning both architecture and engineering is preferred.
  • Experience in automation or visualization tools like Dynamo, Grasshopper, Enscape, or Twinmotion.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
