About The Position
The Practice Support Representative at VirtuOx, Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers. This role involves assisting customers with website tools, troubleshooting issues related to testing devices, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients. The representative will also train DME customers on website navigation and resolve any data uploading issues that may arise.
