Practice Supervisor – OBGYN – Bronx - Day As a Practice Supervisor, you will help mentor, inspire and engage staff. In collaboration with the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all clerical staff and services. You will organize and direct the workflow in the department and assign work appropriately to staff in order to ensure optimal patient-centered care. The Practice Supervisor will assist with developing patient-focused solutions to influence the overall delivery of care and services to our patients while overseeing the operational, financial and quality of the practice. Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 1-3 years’ work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Knowledgeable of all aspects of billing, excel, meditech.
  • Knowledgeable of KRONOS/UKG.
  • Knowledgeable of Workday.
  • Knowledge of EMR – EPIC.
