The GAHP Ambulatory Care Administrative Supervisor is responsible for clinical, fiscal, human resource and quality outcomes for the Gender Affirming Health Program. This includes actively managing all administrative and clinical operations and serving as a role model for the practice. Working closely with the Medical Director and Administrative Director of Medical Specialties. The GAHP Ambulatory Care Administrative Supervisor will develop standards of care to ensure high quality, cost effective delivery of care and spearhead innovative projects for program improvements. The GAHP Ambulatory Care Administrative Supervisor works with staff on a clearly defined and communicated vision and engages individuals and groups to achieve that vision. The GAHP Ambulatory Care Administrative Supervisor identifies and develops organizational talent and embraces continuous learning of self and others. The GAHP Ambulatory Care Administrative Supervisor collaborates with the Medical Directors and the Administrative Director to advance quality strategies, ensure a positive professional work environment, facilitate timeliness of services, and enhance patient and staff satisfaction. The GAHP Ambulatory Care Administrative Supervisor oversees all aspects of the provision of administrative and clinical services including the maintenance of safety and technical/clinical performance, quality, standards of care, practice guidelines, service delivery and patient and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for financial accountability and working collaboratively with the Director and Finance Manager to monitor the operating budget. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $91,700 - $137,600 (Annual Rate). The GAHP Ambulatory Care Administrative Supervisor must have the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and work well with staff, patients and providers: A high degree of independence, initiative, assertiveness, and diplomacy are necessary in dealing with faculty, staff and patients in a complex environment. They will work closely with both administrative and clinical personnel to optimize resources and provide an exceptional service experience to all stakeholders including patients, providers, and referring physician offices.
