Come save lives. Come grow with us. Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required. Working between our Round Rock and Austin locations. Oversees the assigned administrative and business support operations of one or more facilities. Directly supervises administrative and care coordinator teammates ensuring both sound operational support and positive patient experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (Required)
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a clinical or mental health setting (Required)
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills (Required)
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of others (Required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related field (Preferred)
  • Previous supervisory experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • With oversight from Practice Manager or Executive Director, oversees all levels of management of Care Coordinators and Administrative Assistants for assigned facilities
  • Primary contact and coordinator for facilities management related issues and coordination with various vendors such as food service, security, building management, janitorial, etc
  • Partners with Practice Manager to optimize facility capacity and utilization with specialized focus on admission responsibilities and efficiencies
  • Provides direct support and back-up coverage for all duties of care coordinator and administrative assistant roles
  • Actively audits and drives results to ensure compliance of all Care Coordinator metrics
