About The Position

What You'll Do: Lead and mentor administrative staff to foster collaboration and efficiency. Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and office operations to maintain optimal productivity. Partner with physicians and clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient and staff satisfaction. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards. Requirements

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience in healthcare administration or practice management (OB/GYN experience preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Two years of experience working in a hospital outpatient clinic setting required.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

  • Supervisory experience preferred.
