About The Position

The Practice Supervisor provides leadership and direction to a team of administrative and clinical support staff. This position is responsible for scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day coordination of activities to maintain efficient practice operations.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on team collaboration and patient service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and coverage to ensure smooth operations.
• Provides leadership, training, and ongoing coaching to team members to promote professional growth and a positive work environment.
• Assists with performance evaluations, feedback, and corrective actions as needed.
• Monitors the quality of services delivered and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Ensures staff compliance with all departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Participates in or directly performs staff duties when necessary to maintain service levels.
• Leads the resolution of complex issues and patient or staff concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Partners with leadership to support process improvements, workflow efficiency, and exceptional patient experiences.
