Working with open practices within a designated territory, (New England Territory) this role is responsible for ensuring general practice success and profitability by delivering tangible value to each practice to facilitate maximum membership retention and member growth through community joiners. Key performance indicators include regular onsite visits and support to practices, delivering corporate initiatives/campaigns, implementing key customer service excellence training programs, and completing required documentation.
