The Registered RN is a professional care-giver who is a member of a multidisciplinary health care team and assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of pediatric primary care patients. This opportunity focuses on the provision of direct and indirect patient care needs for children and adolescents in Moorestown and surrounding areas. Supports, educates and assists patients and their families, serves as a patient advocate. Demonstrates effective teamwork as a member of the interdisciplinary care team, fostering and exemplifying a culture of respect. Responsible for the coordination of care, assists in securing prescriptions and supplies for proper care. Participates in telephone triage Consistently follows evidence-based practice and nursing standards/procedures to provide nursing care that eliminates preventable events of patient harm and promotes excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience with Pediatrics
  • BSN Required
  • BLS American Heart Association Required
  • NJ RN License
