Your primary responsibilities include: Ensuring efficient and accurate handling of all administrative requirements for patient referrals. Collaborating with participating providers and patients' health plans to facilitate appropriate referrals. Conducting marketing calls and developing marketing strategies. Analyzing data and reporting on performance. Managing third-party leads and scheduling events. Tracking touchpoints with internal and external referring doctors. Delivering gifts to maintain positive relationships. Tracking the success of the referral program using metrics and analytics. Assisting with various marketing needs, such as creating social media content, email campaigns, flyer content, and presentation decks. Your role is critical in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external referring doctors and developing a strategic plan to drive patient referrals and conversion rates in the practices you support.
