We are seeking qualified individuals to join our team and provide exceptional patient care! Typical Procedures/Cases: Epidural Steroid Injections, (Cervical Lumbar and Thoracic), FACET Joint Injections, Medial Branch Blocks, Radio Frequency Ablations, Joint Injections, Stellate Ganglion Blocks, Lumbar Sympathetic Blocks

Requirements

• Physician Board Certified in Pain Management or PM&R
• Current License in NC

Responsibilities

• New/Existing Patient exams and consultations
• Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation
• Chart Reviews
• Documentation-timely and accurate
• Collaboration/Referral with colleagues, supportive staff, and patients
• Patient Education
