About The Position

CentraCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Practice Nurse to join our
Clinical Cardiology team. In this role you will work primarily with a
cardiologist assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with
cardiovascular disease through hospital, clinic and outreach services.

Current opening:

Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | On-site, St. Cloud Hospital 

Days | 7:30am-5pm range | Limited weekends

Requirements

• Graduate from a nursing program required, BSN or MSN preferred
• BSN required within three (3) years
• Current Minnesota RN license required.
• 1 year of recent cardiology work (i.e., critical care nursing, heart catheterization, emergency room) required.
• 2 years of experience working in a cardiovascular disease program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card per established policy required.
• Sufficient knowledge to recognize abnormal laboratory data and other diagnostic testing results necessitating reporting to physicians required.
• A valid Minnesota class D driver’s license and a vehicle available for work, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage may be required.
