Practice Manager

The primary duties of the Practice Manager are to plan, coordinate, direct, and supervise overall operations of the assigned group. The Practice Manager will accurately orient and train support staff and providers on systems to assure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures of TidalHealth. The Practice Manager will oversee patient services and implement standard work policies for employees. Accuracy, good judgment and the ability to handle pressure are necessary for the satisfaction of this position.
